Chocolate Club Policies & Information
Our club shipments will go out four times a year. We plan to ship in spring, early or late summer, fall and winter but will always wait until the weather is safe for shipping chocolate. Local pickup is also available.
There is a two shipment minimum required with any membership. After that, you may cancel at anytime unless your payment for a pending shipment has already been processed.
We will email you about 2 weeks before each shipment goes out (or is ready to pickup) to alert you to the charge and let you know to expect your shipment.
It is your responsibility to let us know if you will be away. Our chocolates are very temperature sensitive and may be affected by extended exposure to warm or wet weather. Let us know if you plan a vacation and we will hold your shipment until you return.
All of our products are handmade with natural ingredients and no preservatives. They should all be kept at cool room temperature or refrigerated. Truffles should be consumed within 30 days and almonds, caramels and barks within 60 days.
We offer either the assorted chocolate option (dark, milk and white chocolates) or a dark chocolate option for each club. Unfortunately, we cannot make any other substitutions.
